The Founder

Cathy an experienced Director of Nursing Quality, Patient Safety and Accreditation, an executive and professional coach for individuals and team. With a career spanning over 25 years, working as a leader in the NHS London: as an emergency nurse, a critical care nurse and as a midwife. Cathy worked in Dublin, establishing the first private JCI accredited Colposcopy Clinic in Ireland. Most recently she worked as a Director of Nursing Quality, Patient Safety and Accreditation in Abu Dhabi, in one of the largest health care start-ups in the world, demonstrating her deep interest in the behaviours that drive and sustain performance, particularly in relation to advocating and delivering impactful change programmes. Cathy has vast experience in establishing shared governance, leading and empowering diverse teams, acting as a change agent and has successfully demonstrated her ability to move teams and individuals from status quo to new ways of thinking. She lead a team during the pandemic, using her coaching and mentorship experience to support teams on the frontline, providing care to be patients whilst thinking about their own needs and their families at home. ​
