The Why
The world is better when the people in it are thriving, productive, feel connected, inspired and supported.
As nurses and midwives, we are all passing an unprecedented test - affected by a pandemic, shortages of staff, burnout, loss of purpose and much more. We are now transitioning from the old world to the new. Change is never easy, but with it also comes opportunity.
We can’t deny that our mental wellbeing has taken a hit. We can see this across the world. Healthcare professionals are documenting their experiences, expressions to leave the profession, and calls for support to the workforce.

We have come together, building a community, bringing our vast experience and expertise in real people development, with a growth mindset and confidence-building. Using mentorship and coaching as a strategy, we aim to empower a global community built on "the strength of oneness".
